Return Policy

NO RETURN CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN IF NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN RMA#. 


ALL RETURNS MUST RECEIVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RECEIPT. 


NON-ELECTRICAL PARTS MAY BE RETURNED WITH AUTHORIZATION ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.  Returned merchandise MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION as delivered - i.e. no chipped, scratched off paint on gas springs, no missing parts on merchandise, no cracked plastic on parts, no clipped/used wires on harnesses, etc.    

ALL RETURNED ORDERS are subject to a 20% Processing Fee.   

If parts are returned in "Scratch-N-Dent" condition, we will AUTOMATICALLY charge a Re-Stocking fee of 20%.  


NO ELECTRICAL PARTS ARE RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE UNLESS DEEMED DEFECTIVE BY AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE TECHNICIAN WITH WOLFF TANNING EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC. 


Our technicians will assist you with your tanning issues and make suggestions based on the information you give them. If you purchase any electrical or electronic parts from our company without having a service technician actually come out and physically service the unit the parts that are considered “ALL SALES FINAL.”

  • Under special circumstances, returns may be authorized. Please contact a Customer Service Representative by calling (770) 505-4006 for a Return Authorization.  Please see above for Returned Merchandise Condition Requirements!
  • A cancelled order is subject to a 20% processing fee
  • ALL ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, LAMPS & STARTERS are considered FINAL SALES. No Returns.
  • All freight must be prepaid. Shipping and handling fees are not available for refund or credit.
