3. We reserve the right to hold company or personal checks or money orders of $500 or more for 10 business days before releasing shipment.
4. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover for all purchases.

Shipping

1. We ground ship the best possible way for your order and location.
2. All freight will be shipped prepaid unless prior arrangements are made. Delivery options include: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground, and LTL freight. Some restrictions apply. Ask your sales representative for details and pricing.
3. Prepaid orders will be shipped within 36 hours (based on availability) excluding weekends and holidays.
4. Air freight is available upon request.

Notice

1. All sales are final. A cancelled order is subject to a 20% processing fee. Shipping and handling fees will be paid by the customer.

Return Policy

1. Under special circumstances, returns may be authorized. Please contact a Customer Service Representative by calling 1-866-965-3382 for a Return Authorization.
2. All freight must be prepaid. Shipping and handling fees are not available for refund or credit.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

SunQuest®, SunVision®, SunStar®, Solaris® & Starpower® warrants your tanning unit to be free of structural defects in its material and workmanship, under normal use, for its’ lifetime. SunQuest®, SunVision®, SunStar®, Solaris® & Starpower® will repair or replace, at their discretion, any defect to the structure which affects the performance of the unit. For six months from the date of purchase, SunQuest®, SunVision®, SunStar®, Solaris® & Starpower® will provide replacements for parts that prove to be defective in material or workmanship. Acrylic shields, fluorescent lamps and lamp starters are excluded from this warranty. Labor will be covered for 30 days from the date of service. Normal wear, damage from misuse or abuse, damage incurred in transit or damage done by unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered by this warranty.

AAA WOLFF TANNING EQUIPMENT CO., INC. disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any period beyond the expressed warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. No one has authority to change or modify this Limited Lifetime Warranty in any respect.

AAA WOLFF TANNING EQUIPMENT CO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL OR SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INCOME, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific, legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.

All warranty service must be performed by an authorized service person. If your tanning unit must be returned for service, all freight charges must be at your expense. Contact your place of purchase for the address of the Service Center nearest you. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. This warranty covers the original purchaser only. This warranty is void if the unit is modified in any manner from its original design. An extended warranty is available on some units. Call for details.

Important Note
Important Power Requirements For Tanning Equipment: Today’s 220-volt equipment is extremely sensitive! Since electrical voltages vary from place to place, the output and life of tanning lamps can be affected. For equipment to operate properly and to make it last longer, we may suggest installation of a buck booster transformer to adjust the electrical voltage. Please see the electrical requirements for your equipment on the earlier pages located underneath the main picture. Please call with questions.
